Consulting
Kaleidoscopes Consulting provides identity-affirming training, individual supervision, individual consultation, group consultation, and case consultation for mental health professionals, with a focus on supporting queer, trans, and neurodivergent clinicians and clients. Led by Morganne Crouser, LICSW (they/them)—an individual and family therapist—these offerings are collaborative, trauma-informed, and grounded in liberation, creating space for reflection, growth, and meaningful change.
Hi, I’m Morganne Crouser
(they/them), LICSW
Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of folks — from families involved with DCF, to youth in residential care, to people navigating incarceration in maximum security, to those from low-income and historically marginalized communities. My clinical approach is flexible and responsive, often drawing from attachment theory, somatic practices, and systems thinking to support growth, healing, and connection.
Interactive sessions—offered virtually or in person—are tailored to your group, whether an agency, school, community program, or beyond. Topics include affirming, trauma-informed care for LGBTQIA+ clients; neuroaffirming clinical practice; inclusive supervision and leadership; universal design for equity; and creative approaches to therapeutic play.
Consultation and advising offer collaborative space for clinicians at any stage of their career—from one-time second opinions to long-term weekly guidance. Whether exploring how your identities shape your practice or building new skills, this is a space to grow with confidence and clarity.
Virtual case consultation—offered as a one-time session or ongoing support—helps clinicians and teams navigate complex cases with clarity and confidence. Specialties include queer and trans individuals and families, neurodivergent clients, families formed through foster care or adoption, and situations involving complex trauma, multiple diagnoses, or identity exploration.
Need clinical supervision hours for licensure? Licensed as an independent clinical social worker (LICSW), I can provide the full 100 hours required for LICSW licensure and 125 of the 200 hours for LMHC licensure. Supervision hours may also apply toward other Massachusetts or out-of-state clinical licenses.
Looking for a space to connect with clinicians who truly get your work? Group consultation offers exactly that—connection, shared insight, and collective problem-solving. Each group is thoughtfully built around shared clinician identities, clinical approaches, or client populations, creating a supportive space to reflect, explore identity, and build community with others on similar paths.
Need guidance navigating a diagnosis, care system, or identity question? Client consultation offers short-term support for individuals and families—whether seeking a second opinion, exploring services and care options, or wanting to better understand a diagnosis for yourself or a loved one. Sessions are virtual and can be one-time or ongoing, providing strategies, resources, and clear next steps.
