Consulting

Kaleidoscopes Consulting offers identity-affirming consultation and supervision for mental health professionals, with a focus on queer, trans, and neurodivergent clinicians and clients. Led by Morganne Crouser, LICSW (they/them), a somatic child and family therapist deeply rooted in lived experience, the practice provides collaborative, trauma-informed, and liberation-focused support.

Looking to come together with like-minded clinicians to talk through the challenges of this work? I offer group supervision and consultation for clinicians who want connection, shared insight, and collective problem-solving. Groups are thoughtfully organized around shared clinician identities, clinical practices, or client populations, creating a supportive space to reflect on your work, explore identity, and build community with others navigating similar paths.

As a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW), I’m qualified to provide all 100 supervision hours required for LICSW licensure, as well as 125 of the 200 hours required for LMHC licensure. I may also be able to provide supervision hours toward other Massachusetts or out-of-state clinical licenses

Folks I work with come from all kinds of settings — large human service agencies, small private practices, community mental health, and residential programs. Common themes we explore together include navigating identity disclosure at work, coming out or transitioning on the job, supervising neurodivergent clinicians, or simply trying to feel more confident and clear in your clinical role.

I offer consultation and advising for clinicians at any stage of their career — from one-time second opinions to long-term weekly support. Whether you're exploring how your identities show up in your work, deepening your clinical skills, or seeking a fresh perspective, I provide a collaborative space to help you grow with confidence and clarity.
